**Your new company**
Your new role is with a large public sector agency that provides essential services to New Zealand in a fascinating and dynamic environment. The organisation is looking to add further capability to its Data Team for an important project.
**Your new role**
The Data Analyst will be a member of the Rectification Team and be part of a larger project across this agency. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement necessary changes, Analysing data and propose solutions and investigate historical issues and recommend corrective actions.
Specific responsibilities include the following:
- Review and update employee work profile hours to support the accuracy of HA calculations.- Review and update organisational structures to support the delivery and accuracy of online workflows.- Maintain and update Payroll data as identified and defined through the HA program to ensure validity and accuracy of system outputs from each Payroll system.- Perform other activities as identified during the course of and in support of the successful delivery of the HA Program.
**What you'll need to succeed**
PayGlobal or Leader experience
Good knowledge of the Holiday Act 2003.
Familiarity with HRMIS systems would be an advantage.
Intermediate-level Excel competencies.
Strong analytical skills; ability to work with, understand, and analyse data.
