**Some role responsibilities would include**:
l Using Xero software to record and manage day-to-day financial transactions and invoices

l Preparing quarterly financial records for management review

l Checking receipts, preparing bank payments, sending payments and monitoring the cash flow

l Preparing invoices and monthly statements for customers and making payments are not past due date

l Verifying recorded transactions and reporting irregularities to management

l Reconciling and processing accounts receivable and payable payments

l Handling weekly payroll and PAYE tax payments

l Working with the accountant to prepare GST returns and end-of-financial-year statements

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- Relevant Level 4 or higher qualification
- Able to work well under pressure
- Efficient and organised
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work well in a team
