**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

As an Infringement Adjudicator you will provide effective and efficient infringement administration and support through the provision of expert knowledge and technical advice, and professional customer service.

Utilising your excellent customer service and relationship management skills you will professionally respond and resolve customer queries, provide specialist parking advice and negotiate payment agreements with customers for infringements, within the prescribed guidelines and limits of authority, building relationships of trust and respect along the way.

You'll need to learn and remain up to date and familiar with consolidated procedures, bylaws, traffic / parking legislation and any restrictions within the city and ensure these are in line with current guidelines and legislation.

**Ko koe tēnei | About you**

With a minimum of 3 years' experience in operations, ideally in customer services or parking, you will have excellent customer service, problem solving and analytical skills as well as the ability to use good judgement and make sound decisions.

Ideally, you will also have:

- A tertiary qualification preferably in Business
- Experience of working in a regulated environment
- Knowledge of relevant laws and rules preferred
- Capable of using MS Office and Visio Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- High level of negotiation, conflict resolution skills
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding accuracy to detail and able to meet deadlines
