**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

Our **Parking Officers** are the face of Auckland Transport. They work to keep our roads safe and clear and provide excellent customer service to our communities. The team play a key role serving Tamaki Makaurau, educating about parking, the changing cityscape and safety - it is not just about issuing infringements
- These roles work on a rotating roster, anytime between 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week._

**To be successful in this role**:

- Clear and confident communicator
- Able to stay calm in the face of conflict
- Computer skills and basic knowledge of the MS Office suite
- A full clean New Zealand Drivers licence
- Able to use an Android phone that we use as a handheld device
- Enjoy being physically fit
- Confident and passionate about engaging with the community to answer any queries
