Here's a great opportunity for a Ground Maintenance Labourer to be a part of a well established maintenance team, working on fit-outs and refurbishment projects.

**About the role**:

- Ensure gardens are lush and vibrant for all to enjoy
- Assist with the general upkeep of grounds and facilities
- Ensures that all equipment is maintained and used appropriately in order to achieve maximum working life and high standards of safety
- Maintain a clean and ordered site
- Ensure properties are swept, tidy and prepped for final inspections
- Rubbish removal and cleanliness
- Some carpentry work and general labour
- Be a 'go to' helper - you will be going from site to site, supporting the experienced trade team.

**About you**:

- You need to have some previous experience working as a general handyman or in property maintenance - and any horticulture and/or gardening experience will be highly regarded
- You are reliable, super organised and have good time management skills
- This is a physical role and requires a good level of fitness (some heavy lifting involved)
- You are confident in using hand tools, power tools and operating maintenance machinery
- You have excellent communication skills
- NZ Full Drivers License
- You own tools would be a benefit
