**About the Role**
We have an exciting opportunity to be the first person at our new Cambridge Site. In this role no day is the same; you will be managing many parts of our village operations from administration, compliance, welcoming residents to coordinating with the village construction and maintenance team.
This is a full time position working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 0800 - 1630 and Thursday 0800 - 1730.
**In this role you will**:
- Provides a friendly experience for our residents, their families and all guests to our village
- Plan and implement a programme of recreational, diversional, social and craft activities for residents
- Promote happiness, wellbeing and quality of life for our residents
- Welcome all visitors and new independent residents and provide assistance and direction as necessary
- Help settle residents into their new homes
- Manage resident enquiries
- Be responsible for answering emergency call bells 24/24 of our independent residents
- Provide first aid, or calling emergency services as required
- General cleaning and administration duties
- Assist at Open Days and functions for visitors, residents and families to the village
- Work closely with, and support your colleagues
