If you are enthusiastic, positive, and energetic, have a desire to move into a leadership role, and have commitment to providing quality care, we would like to hear from you

This exciting service focuses on providing a comprehensive and coordinated home-based rehabilitation service for adults within the Waitemata community and we are committed to providing the best care for everyone.
You will work in an interdisciplinary team, supporting and assisting multiple disciplines including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Therapy, Dietitian, Social Work and Registered Nurse.
