We're looking for a **Night Porter**, who are smart and considerate - have “nice person” written all over them. We’re after fast thinking, customer focused problem solvers that take pride in creating and delivering great customer experiences. You will be the go to person to get things done

**What you'll do**

You will assist with welcoming & fare welling guests

Manage the collection and delivery of luggage & other items

Prepare and deliver in room dinning items.

Coordination / parking of guest vehicles - as required

Provide information on local activities, events etc.

Assist other departments as required

you will help with the Night Audit as and when required.

Professional and personable, with a "role up the sleeves", can do attitude

You make calm, collected decisions - even when the clock is ticking

Excellent verbal and written communication & phone skills

**What You'll Bring**

Ideally, you will have previous Porter/Doorperson or hands-on customer service experience within a Hospitality environment

You have a passion for all things hospitality and love making genuine human connection

You have a high energy level and a passion for achieving superior results

You are detail oriented and able to effectively multitask with great communication skills

You thrive under pressure and are flexible when adapting to new situations

You take pride in personal presentation

You have a valid drivers' license

You meet the appropriate legal requirements to work in New Zealand.
