Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Waitematā is the largest mental health and addictions service provider in Aotearoa with mental health services for children, adults and older adults as well as specific services aimed at specialised populations including a forensic psychiatry service and an addictions service.

The Clinical Coach Occupational Therapy role is an exciting opportunity to develop your passion for supporting new entry to specialty practice clinicians into a future working in Specialist Mental Health and Addictions Services.

The role is aligned with a similar role for social work with both roles reporting directly through to the Associate Director Allied Health. The role is suitable for an experienced clinician with an interest in clinical coaching, leadership and workforce development.

**This role will ideally suit someone with**:

- Coaching skills
- Leadership and coordination skills
- The ability to develop and maintain relationships across services and education providers
- A high level of clinical expertise
- Pastoral care skills
