At New World Metro we are looking for a Bakery Supervisor that can work with the Bakery, Deli and Cafe Manager in taking our Bakery offer to the next level. We want you to unleash your creativity and curate an offer that excites our customers like never before.

This unique role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering great customer experiences and is looking to have ownership of their own department, in a warm and friendly team environment.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Leading the production of fresh high quality product for our customers
- Creating a range and executing in a way that inspires our customers
- Making sure the shop is full and presented in a way that creates a positive customer experience
- Working with the department manager and the rest of the time to excite customers through revised product ranges and promotional executions in line with New World Brand standards.
- Meeting food safety requirements, while ensuring a Safe and positive work space
- Calm under pressure.
- Working autonomously and Multitasking without supervision, while guiding a team to success
- Not afraid of physical and fast paced work.
- A willingness to learn.
- A positive, friendly, can-do attitude
