So what are we looking for?
Make and maintain customer self-help content for IDEXX veterinary software products
Make and maintain staff documentation and self-help content for cross-team use
Form close relationships with Support, Development, Implementation, and Marketing, departments
Interview customers and staff to measure the impact of content on customer satisfaction and business goals
Regularly assess content development practices and published work to continuously improve skills
Convert legacy documentation to new content systems
**What you will bring**:
Experience in a technical communicator position or equivalent
Great technical aptitude combined with excellent practical experience of plain English
Experience with markup languages such as HTML & Markdown (preferred)
Good proficiency with image editing apps
Good understanding of headless content delivery (Preferred but not essential)
A problem-solving, customer-centric mindset
Enthusiasm and drive, and delivery of great results
Efficient balancing of a variety of tasks
