We are seeking a motivated and dedicated team member to join our team at SteelServ as a permanent Mobile Plant Operator. SteelServ provides specialist transport and processing services to meet New Zealand Steel’s range of requirements and operations.

**About the role**

This is an 8-hour day shift role based at New Zealand Steel in Glenbrook.You will work under the direction of our operations Management team, where you will be expected to be agile and responsive to our customer’s needs.

**What you will bring**

We need people who pay attention to detail, have a strong work ethic and work well under pressure.

You will have an uncompromising attitude and strong commitment to health and safety.

Along with the above, you will have:

- a current full New Zealand drivers' license
- strong communication skills
- the willingness and ability to multitask
- proven good attendance and employment history

It would be an advantage, but not essential, to have experience in any of the following areas:
