We are looking for a Product Developer to join our friendly, dynamic, and busy team based in Wanaka. As a Product Developer, you will be responsible for designing products that will meet the needs of our customers, researching new products, completing competitor analysis, financial analysis and construction of new tours.

What does the Role looks like?

Build strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers.
Provide excellent Customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Review current products to ensure they are aligned with the current market demands
Design and construct new products, understanding the financial impacts of products to ensure they are financially sound
Organise supplier and product training to ensure that the team has a sound understanding of our products.
Build relationships with the sales & marketing team to understand customer feedback and trends
Ensure our internal system is accurate and up to date.
Support and mentor the Product Coordinator Team by knowledge sharing, and product support.
Support new team members to ensure their onboarding journey is effective and efficient.
Collecting and updating client and supplier information.
Source rates from suppliers.
**Hours of work**: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
**Requirements**:
Minimum 1 year Travel Organisation experience
Minimum 3 years Customer Service experience
Strong administration and organisation skills
Previous experience mentoring and guiding others
Strong knowledge of travel systems, and tourism booking systems
Passion for NZ and Australian Travel
Sound knowledge of the Tourism Industry

Excellent relationship building skills, with both internal and external stakeholders
High degree of computer literacy with proficiency in the G-suite programs
Sound level of numerical and data analysis skills
