**About the Role**: As a Service Advisor at Continental Cars - Volkswagen, you will be the first point of contact for customers requiring service and repairs, ensuring an efficient, courteous, and professional experience. You will coordinate workshop operations, manage customer follow-ups, and maintain a high volume of work, all while delivering the highest standard of customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer service inquiries with efficiency and professionalism
- Organise and optimise workshop loading for efficient operations
- Conduct customer follow-ups and prospecting to grow workshop volume
- Accurately prepare and cost customer invoices in line with Group Standards
- Maintain effective filing and administration

**About You**:
It is essential you have experience as an automotive service adviser in New Zealand, along with
- Impeccable time management and organisational skills
- Highly proficiency in computer literacy and in-house systems
- A passion for providing top-tier customer service
- A clean, full driver's licence
- A strong willingness to continued learning and growth

This is a permanent full-time role, 47.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hours of work will be between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, however standard hours are usually 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM. There will be a rostered Saturday requirement for this position.
