**About the role**:
We’re looking for an
**experienced Broker** to join our Corporate team in Central Auckland.

As part of an industry leading team, you’ll work closely with experienced Senior Brokers where you will support them with their Corporate portfolio of clients by providing top quality service and technical advice and direction. You will also manage an established book of clients with broad risks portfolios where you will be responsible for handling general day to day queries, renewals, mid-term adjustments and supporting new business opportunities. You will be natural at engaging people with exceptional communication and relationship building skills to service, develop and maintain a well-established portfolio of loyal clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ Broking experience an in-depth understanding of commercial products and policy wordings
- Be a results-driven, highly motivated, self-starter who possesses integrity and a strong work ethic
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs
- Able to interpret, analyse and articulate key information clearly
- Demonstrated experience in developing high quality client-facing documentation including quotations, renewals, reports and new business submissions
- Proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships built on trusted advice and outstanding customer service
- Team player who possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of self-awareness
- Holds or is working towards a Certificate in Financial Services (NZQA Level 5)
