The Nuts and Bolts
About the Role
This role owns auditing all aspects of our ongoing certifications and compliance program, providing feedback to the relevant teams, and ensuring all audit items are followed up and actioned. It is also responsible for auditing all customer-agreed deliverables (such as “did we deliver the bespoke report to customer X at the correct time”) and ensuring these are all logged and visible in our systems as required.
About you
- Arranging and undertaking Data Centre Certification audits.
- Presenting audit findings to the wider business in a clear and concise way.
- Outstanding organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to empathise as well as prioritise customer’s needs.
- Adaptable, flexible and willing to embrace change.
- Professionalism and maturity.
- Strong Health and Safety focus to enable a positive safety culture.
- Ability to present clearly audit findings.
- Detailed knowledge of our certifications program
- Good understanding of Health and Safety and compliance.

**Responsibilities**:
This role is responsible for auditing the implementation of the activities required by our certifications and compliance program, some details below:

- Customer contract compliance
- Internal operational audit programme
- Customer audits
- Project manage the:
a. Effort required to complete the audit
b. Resources required
c. Identify deliverables of the
- Third-party provider audits (operational providers only
- Undertake auditing to ensure that the policies and processes are being followed. Ensuring all Datacom security objectives are strictly adhered.
