The National Public Health Service (NPHS) within Te Whatu Ora, work towards Pae Ora (healthy futures) for all by engaging with the wider determinants that impact people's health, focusing on oranga/wellbeing, prevention, protection, and population-level intervention. We are connected across boundaries to deliver public health services that are nationally planned, regionally delivered and locally tailored.

We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for someone to join our People & Operations team as a **Business Operations Lead**. The role is critical to lead, manage and support operational coordination across the region to help deliver Pae Ora.

The business operations lead will contribute to the development and delivery of operational and business frameworks, systems, policies and frameworks. The ability to lead and support while developing and maintain key stakeholder relationships will be critical for success in this role This role can be based in **Tāmaki (Greenlane Clinical Centre) or Whangārei**.

**Mōu | About you**

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Relevant tertiary qualification, and tertiary courses in risk and conflict management, quality improvement and stakeholder engagement
- Has proven experience in operational and financial management
- Experience within the health sector is desirable
- You will have experience in successful project delivery with desired outcomes
