**About the Company**:
Our client was established in August 2012 after recognising a market that was lacking in quality locally owned and operated commercial repaint companies. Our structure and experience of personnel is second to none with all key personnel from upper management to wages staff having extensive knowledge of their respective fields.
**Key Duties Include**:
- Assist in creating strategies and company targets
- Achieve sales targets combined with implementation of planned growth
- Effectively manage the timing, staff capability, and service delivery
- Assist and coordinate of staff allocation on various projects to assist in achieving sales targets
- Coach and mentor staff within the team to ensure business objectives in relation to profitability are met
- Lead the sales strategy planning by developing and maintaining strong working relationships
- Manage accurate sales forecasting and reporting functions
- Build and maintain client partnerships and referral structures
Skills & competencies:
- Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels - written, phone and face to face.
- Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
- Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
- Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.
- Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.
You will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing superior solutions for their commercial needs. Promote services we offer, ensuring we are the preferred partner of usage.
Ideally you will have Business management and sales background and have a passion for dealing with people. You will be prepared to coordinate your work schedule, have a great attitude and have good listening skills. If you are prepared to immerse yourself within this business - then this is the role for you which in return could open a gateway to overall operations manager.
