**What you can look forward to **
As a company developing new products in a highly regulated industry, documentation is at the center of all we do. We're looking for someone to manage the documentation for our product compliance team. You will be involved with updating regulatory impact documentation and improving the architecture of our filing system to meet different regulatory requirements such as CE. You also will develop, define, and improve our documentation standards and processes.
**Other duties include **
- Audit existing material
- Identify potential improvements and manage content gaps
- Create checklists to help Engineering and Product Managers produce correct documentation according to the regulations
- Create checklists to help compliance engineers audit product documentation during regulatory certification process
- Develop and implement content management documents and processes
- Assist others with templates and guides
- Maintain and update our certification database and advise relevant stakeholders of any updates
- Maintain our TCF database and update as and when required

**What you will need to do it well **
- Minimum 2 years of Technical Writing or equivalent experience in Electronics industry, regulatory or engineering environment
- A formal tertiary qualification
- Ideally you have completed some type of process improvement course or qualification
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communications both written and verbal
- Excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Abode, etc.) and the ability to understand and document English at a high level
