Due to increased business growth, our client a progressive consultancy business is seeking a forward thinking MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement & Field Service Consultant to join their Auckland based team.

You will provide a high level of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement & Field Service solutions with a broad range of customers across NZ.
- 10+ years’ experience configuring, developing, and delivering Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Leverage Business Analysis and Industry expertise to conduct Business Process Analysis, capture Business Requirements, design, configure and implement Dynamics 365 solutions with a focus on Field Service solutions
- Provide a high level of technical solutions for Dynamics 365 CE, Field Service, Power Platform (PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate), and Dataverse.
- Implement Marketing Automation, Sales, Customer Service, and Connected Field Services
- Configuration of Dynamics 365 Field Service RSO (Resource Scheduling Optimization)
- Configuring and setting up Field Service mobile app.
- Understanding and ability to design, build and implement PCF controls
- Understanding and ability to design, build plugins in C# and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Knowledge and experience in delivering Power Apps and Power Apps Portals is preferred
- Knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps is preferred
- Knowledge and experience with data migration tools and SSIS is preferred
- A comprehensive understanding of the full SDLC is required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Previous consulting experience liaising with customers is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Team players who are highly customer focused.
