As we continue this growth journey, we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Business Partner - Organisational Development (OD) to drive impactful OD strategies across our organisation

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

In this influential role, you’ll partner closely with business leaders and People & Performance colleagues to shape a high-performing, growth-minded culture through OD initiatives including in leadership development, talent management, succession planning, and organisational change. You’ll bring deep OD expertise and act as a trusted advisor, using data-driven insights, and deliver tailored solutions that enhance leadership capability, employee engagement, and overall organisational effectiveness. This role collaborates closely with the Learning and OD Consultant, contributing to and leading key OD initiatives across the business.

About You | Mōu

To succeed in this role, you will bring a deep and practical understanding of the full spectrum of Organisational Development, with a strong track record of delivering impactful, human-centred OD initiatives. You will be confident developing and embedding competency frameworks, supporting and coaching leaders and teams, and leading OD projects in complex environments. Your ability to influence, build trust, and manage relationships at all levels will be matched by excellent communication and facilitation skills, a strategic and analytical mindset, and the capability to translate big-picture thinking into tangible action. You’ll be naturally curious, self-motivated, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. A degree in Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology or a related field is essential, and a team coaching certification would be an advantage.
