- 2-3 years’ experience in sales administration/customer services/PA, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong communication skills, both orally and written
- High degree of professionalism and strong attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Self-motivated, ability multitask, meet, and exceed deadlines with excellent time management skills
- Excellent PC skills and proficient use of Microsoft office suite of products Proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Problem-solving skills
**Duties Include**:
- Sales support across all NZ Retail and Commercial Clients
- Provide admin support to the Commercial Manager
- Manager day-to-day administration tasks
- Understanding customer’s needs
- General office housekeeping
- Managing contracts/ agreements
- Coordinating projects
- Help support the Marketing team
