Agribusiness in the Waikato has a solid reputation - you'll have the opportunity to work closely with clients in dairy, drystock, poultry and other sectors - this presents real opportunity to support BNZ's existing strong presence and to grow your expertise. What is the most challenging thing about this opportunity? We need to find someone who is motivated by connecting customers and industry - not afraid to put themselves out there or pick up the phone to see how we can help. They also need to be able to be seen as a “trusted advisor” and build confidence by demonstrating their ability to work effectively through requirements for customers and support them to achieve their goals. What attributes will this person have in order to be successful? We are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious team player who has a growth mindset and desire to contribute to a high performing team.
