**We are looking for an Engineering Technical Coordinator - Freight Yards to join and become part of our One Winning Team**

**What you’ll do**

Reporting to the Engineering Technical Manager, you’ll be providing a range of responsive business and administration support functions to assist in the delivery of a diverse range of infrastructure projects and work packages.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Responsible to develop and execute Engineering Design Projects falling under the Freight Yards Programme.
- Responsible for the lifecycle of designs in the Engineering Programme.
- Direct resources to deliver support for projects and BAU including Approvals, Audit, Technical Advice, Principle & Standards development.
- Work collaboratively as a key improvement leader and connector with Engineering, the Professional Heads, Technical Director, CPAD, Operations GMs and their teams.

**What you’ll need**

You’ll have a Technical Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering or a tertiary qualification in a relevant field. You’ll also have at least 5 years’ experience in technical project management roles. You’ll be collaborative, respectful, engaging, and supportive within the team, organised and able to manage conflicting demands to achieve deadlines and deliver responsibilities.

**In addition, you will have**:

- Good understanding of full project life-cycle (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Close-out/As-builts).
- Experience developing documentation and quality processes.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver work to a high degree of quality and accuracy.
- Experience in ISO processes and experience with Microsoft Project.
- Experience with Primavera P6 is advantageous.
- Experience in project financial management (preparing project budgets, cash flows and change management).
- Railway engineering industry experience is desirable.
