The Stores Administrator is responsible for providing general store duties and services for our Pareora site with customer service at the forefront, DIFOTIS, ensuring legislative and company policy and procedures are adhered to, and the departments health and safety, and personnel objectives are achieved with maximum safety and efficiency.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Stores administration
- Unloading and processing of incoming goods
- Arranging delivery
- Assisting in stock take
- Purchase to Pay

**Role requirements**:

- Experience in administration
- Forklift licence (not essential however beneficial)
- Organised and an effective communicator
