This is a permanent part-time role.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in addressing the needs identified in planning reports
- Ensure successful rehabilitation outcomes - addressing emergency needs
- Provide brief social work intervention when needed e.g. counselling when needed
- Ensure clients and their whānau are kept well informed of our support services and resources

- Degree in social work or equivalent
- Annual Practicing certificate as registered Social Worker.
