We are looking for an Asphalt Supervisor to join the Tauranga team.

This is a leadership role where you can still be hands on You will be leading the Asphalt crew and will be 2IC to the Surfacing Manager.

About the role:_**

You will plan and supervise the day-to-day activities of our Tauranga Asphalt operation, working on projects such as Port of Tauranga, Bay of Plenty East Waikato NOC & Subdivision paving works - just to name a few.

You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, achieving targeted results and optimising our resources.
- Project plan for weekly and daily work schedules
- Ensure all site activity complies with resource consents
- Work closely with your crew, Project Engineer/Manager, Surfacing Manager, bitumen and chip suppliers
- Take ownership of site environmental management processes
- Use your knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in Asphalt
- Demonstrate leadership with a coaching and influencing emphasis

- You’re a detail oriented, well organised person with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects
