Hamilton, New Zealand UCC Robert Harris Full time

**Work options**: Hybrid

Robert Harris - committed to providing exceptional coffee across New Zealand. With a rich history rooted in quality and community, our passion for coffee is evident in every cup, as we strive to create a welcoming space where customers can enjoy great conversations and memorable moments.

**About the role**:
As our North Island Franchise Support Manager for the Robert Harris Café Franchise network, you will be a vital connection point between the franchise and our Café Franchisees. In this dynamic role, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with Franchisees in your remit, supporting them in delivering the standards of the Robert Harris Franchise system. No two days will be the same as you work through day-to-day challenges within the hospitality industry and opportunities to grow. Your responsibilities will include inducting and advising new franchises and visiting sites (equally having conversations over the phone).
- In this role, you will act as_:

- **The promoter**: Introducing our systems and standards to drive operational excellence and enhance brand integrity.
- **The regulator**: Ensuring consistent implementation and compliance, minimising risks and optimising operational efficiencies.
- **The Coach**: Empower franchisees with strategies to achieve profitability and deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect the Robert Harris brand, while also providing a visionary approach to guide them toward long-term success.

**About You**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to be the face of the Robert Harris brand, someone who genuinely embodies our values and passion for coffee. You will have a solid background in hospitality, along with experience in developing and supporting training programs. The ability to make informed decisions and provide relevant advice to various franchise owners is essential for driving performance and achieving business objectives. Resilience and flexibility are also essential, as is the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. As a confident and empathetic communicator, you will excel at building strong relationships with franchisees, empowering them to reach their goals. A proactive mindset and a dedication to fostering the growth and profitability of our franchise network will make you the perfect fit for this position.

**Why join us as our Franchise Support Manager?**

With us, every day presents an opportunity for growth, steeped in the rich traditions and expert knowledge of our extensive network. You’ll enjoy a flexible work-life balance, with the option to work from our office, our cafes, or the comfort of your home (please note, this role requires you to work at least one day per week in our Auckland office, located in East Tamaki). We also offer recharge leave, an initiative that provides our team 5 additional days off annually to recharge in whatever way you like, in support of your personal and professional growth. Your role and learning opportunities will be fostered by a leader who is equipped with a deep understanding of the Robert Harris brand. You will be provided with a company vehicle and all necessary tools of the trade to support you in your role.
