ANZAAA Restaurants Ltd. T/A ChickHEN Republic is urgently seeking for Enthusiastic individuals for the below positions to fill in their existing and new branches in Auckland.
2 x Assistant Store Manager
We are a fast-paced Take-Away & Restaurant with a unique “Cooked to Order” approach. You should be able to work under pressure and be able to handle high order volumes meeting order ETA’s. This requires experience in managing UberEats, DoorDash, Online Orders, Phone Orders and Walk-In Orders.
As the Assistant Store Manager you will be in-charge of a team and will report to Store Manager in your day to day activities.
You will drive sales through High Standards of Customer Engagement whilst maintaining Superior Product Quality. You will maintain a Strong Team Cohesion and High Productivity through continuous Training/Development and Motivation.
Previous Experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage for the Role and Career Advancement but not necessary as training will be provided.
You will possess the traits of being Honest, Punctual, Enthusiastic, Keen to Learn with a Go-getting attitude and to work as a Team.
As an Asst. Store Manager you will be assisting Store Manager to;
- Managing Staff and Performance - Staff Recruitment & Training
- Health & Safety in work place
- Establish weekly Rosters
- Planning & Executing Monthly Promotions - Maintain Positive Supplier Relationship - Stock Management & Inventory Control
- Product Quality Control
- Customer Management

**Salary**: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
