**_About the role:_**

To work alongside the Operations team within your assigned warehouse and despatch to ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage, despatch and delivery of SCS customer products and orders.

**_Key Responsibilities:_**
- Scan and pack orders as per operations requirements
- Pick orders as per operations requirements if trained and experienced in MHE operation
- Unload trucks and containers, sort product by SKU and receive into WMS
- Put stock away in required reserve storage or pick face physically and logically in WMS
- Replenish pick face stock as required
- Label products and orders in line with procedures and customer requirements
- Sort and palletise orders ready for local and interstate despatch
- Despatch orders and/or load trucks and containers
- Complete associated paperwork and WMS/TMS transactions for all activities
- Use of stretch wrapper to secure product and scales as needed to weigh product
- Conduct pre
- and post-operation checks on allocated equipment
- Identify basic problems in the daily plan and develop solutions or counter measures
- Provide feedback on completion or status of work to Team Leader or through a work tracking system
- Develop own operational capability according to direction set by Team Manager
- Provide on-the-job training to others in specific work routines
- Use initiative to identify when methods or equipment could be improved
- Take immediate corrective action or counter measure where necessary and log problems for analysis and evaluation by others
- Perpetuate a positive, proactive, team based culture within the operations team through regular and effective communication
- Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time.

- Fixed Term - Part Time, 27 hours per week, 3 days (varied): Sunday 6:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Wednesday 8:00am-5:50pm.
