Want to further your career with a truly global company in Security? We are looking for a Locksmith in Auckland to provide an excellent service experience to our customers installing and servicing physical security equipment. This will include the design and installation of Pro Master Systems; lock fitting, Safe service work; key cutting and physical security installations.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Providing quality surveys, service, and installations on customer premises to recognized trade practices and recommend systems and equipment,
- Identifying defects, service, and repair of systems and equipment - estimating/quoting where applicable
- Maximizing efficiencies via route planning, time management, stock management, and service delivery
- Participating in stock-takes and be responsible for inventory management
- Effectively communicating with the customer and providing assistance in the use of equipment
- Ensuring highest level of presentation as a Chubb representative, including individual presentation, vehicle presentation, punctuality, courtesy, and standard of work.
- Complying with all Customer requirements as defined by the Customer contract or their site-specific requirements
- 40 hours a week Monday to Friday with rostered for on call for after-hours.

**You will require**:

- Completion or locksmith certification or apprenticeship
- 3 years’ experience as a Locksmith (We will also consider applicants partly trained or willing to take on apprentice training)
- Experience within a custodial environment highly regarded
- Defence clearance (or the ability to achieve it)
- A sound knowledge of the applicable NZ Standards relevant to Security industry
- Current Driver’s Licence
- COA/Security Licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, strong analytical skills and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent English - verbal and written
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
