**Are you a qualified Locksmith Technician who enjoys the opportunity to work at all stages within a product lifecycle? We are looking for a Locksmith in Wellington to provide an excellent service experience to our customers installing and servicing physical security equipment. This will include the design and installation of Pro Master Systems; lock fitting, Safe service work; key cutting and physical security installations.**

**The role**:
Based in Wellington you will be responsible for;
- Servicing, maintenance, production, and installation lock and safe systems and equipment on company customer premises
- Identifying defects and offering solutions to the customer on site
- Providing the best customer service to our clients across government and commercial sectors

**To be successful**:
You will need proven technical skills and experience as a Locksmith. You will be committed to provided high levels of customer service. You will also need to be organised and able to work autonomously and plan your own workload.

**You will need the following**:

- Completion or locksmith certification or apprenticeship
- 3 years’ experience as a Locksmith (We will also consider applicants partly trained or willing to take on apprentice training)
- Experience within a custodial environment highly regarded
- A sound knowledge of the applicable NZ Standards relevant to Security industry
- Current Driver’s License
- COA/Security license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
