ArborCare are looking for an experienced arborist to join their growing team as an** Arborist Team Leader. **The role will require you demonstrate excellent leadership skills while also having a willingness to get stuck and get your hands dirty when need be
You will be involved in all aspects of Arboriculture, climbing, tree pruning, crown reductions, tree felling and removal. As Arborist Team Leader you will also be required to supervise crews daily while conducting tree pruning and removals**, **demonstrate advanced chain saw use and felling techniques along with excellent climbing techniques, ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times.

- At least 2 years experience in the role
- Experience in a leadership position or the competency to step up into a leadership role
- Certificate in Advanced Arboriculture (Level 3 or 4)
- Utility arborist power tickets (desired)

- Excellent communication skills
- A full New Zealand drivers license
