The hours and days for this Fresh Food Supervisor position are Sunday-Thursday 0500-1430 and we ask for flexibility across a 7 day roster, you may be called at short notice to cover shifts in the store roster.

In this varied role working across our Bakery, Produce, Deli, Meat and Seafood departments, you could expect to be:

- Ensuring a great level of service for our fresh food customers
- Overseeing the production and quality of our products ensuring the best for our customers
- Having sole charge in the absence of the department manager
- Championing Occupational Health and Safety and Food Safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for customers, staff and contractors

In our next Fresh Food Supervisor we are looking for:

- Previous people leadership experience in a Fresh Food environment
- A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- A passion for creativity and keen eye for detail
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames
