The hours and days for this Fresh Food Supervisor position are Monday to Friday 0500-1330

**In this varied role working across our Bakery, Produce, Deli, Meat and Seafood departments, you could expect to be**:

- Ensuring a great level of service for our fresh food customers
- Overseeing the production and quality of our products ensuring the best for our customers
- Having sole charge in the absence of the department manager
- Championing Occupational Health and Safety and Food Safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for customers, staff and contractors

**In our next Fresh Food Supervisor we are looking for**:

- Previous people leadership experience in a Fresh Food environment
- A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- A passion for creativity and keen eye for detail
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames
