This role is multifaceted and requires someone who has a "can do' attitude and able to prioritise work. Each shift you will be responsible for ensuring the hotel public areas are clean and tidy, while also assisting guests with luggage or providing information on what to do in Auckland, parking cars, or assisting housekeeping. No experience is required in this role but you must be fit, able to lift heavy items, and have a willingness to learn. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment, this role is for you.
