Sales and Marketing Manager

This is a full-time permanent position based in Auckland with a minimum of 30 hours per week and the pay rate for this position will be 23.50 NZD per hour.

**Sales and Marketing Manager Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
1. Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.

2. Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team members achieve their targets.

3. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.

4. Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.

5. Implementing new sales plans and advertising.

6. Recruiting, training, scheduling, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.

7. Maintaining relationships with existing and new clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

8. Staying up to date in the industry by attending conferences and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

9. Setting sales targets in order to maximize the company sales customer loyalty.

10. Directing the development and implementation of strategies to build and maintain the company's image with its customer, suppliers and in the public.

11. Motivate the team to achieve desired sales targets to maximize profitability.

Either a minimum of bachelor's degree in any Field. **OR**

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing or sales.

**Other Skills Required for this role are**:
1. Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.

2. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

3. Great communication, interpersonal, leadership and customer service skills.

4. The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

5. The ability to work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
