**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Involved in all aspects of the creative process, and working across a variety of brands, this role will see you responsible for producing visually stunning and engaging design across a range of mediums.

Being the in-house expert in digital and print, you will lead and champion design projects, ensure brand guidelines are met and quality is maintained, with a focus on building for brand consistency across templates and creative decks to bring our research solutions to life for our clients.

**Requirements**:
Do you tick these boxes
- or most of them?
- Tertiary level qualified in relevant creative field.
- Multidisciplinary design experience including digital, brand, publication, communication, which will be shown in your portfolio
- Data visualisation is highly desirable, and we would like to see examples in your portfolio
- Grounding in the Mac platform and Adobe CC including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in Webflow, video editing and Canva (an advantage but not necessary)
- A collaborative team player with a positive, engaged, and committed attitude when working with the design team and stakeholders in the wider group.
- Ability to take direction, provide concepts and rationalise creative decisions.
- Confident in your analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excited by the chance to shape storytelling, human-centric design and UX/UI principles.
- Excellent time management, prioritisation skills and work to time pressures.
