Designer

Role Overview
This is a very unique role in that you are the designer primarily responsible for the day to day creative expression, design and execution of point of sale element for our key client, within their retail environments.
This requires creativity in terms of overseeing the brand touchpoints and how customers experience this in three dimensional space. This will involve creative problem solving, design execution, and artwork assembly of print ready files for the client.
You are Proximity New Zealand's brand guardian and will therefore need to be highly organised as you are responsible for overseeing everything that goes out the door for the client.
Your secondary role will be to work across other Proximity Network client brands when required. This will include visual communication design, campaign identity design, and campaign roll out design.

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce executional design layouts and artwork files for Spark.
- Produce alterations, variations and alternatives to layouts and artwork files as briefed.
- Be proactive with suggestions and design execution treatments that will make the work better.
- Clearly communicate at all times with the client, and Proximity NZ Traffic Manager/Project Manager/Client Service on job progress
- Escalate early workload and delivery issues to the Traffic Manager/Project Manager/Client Service
- Update Clickup workflow system
- Ensure the accuracy of all files and work produced.
- Be aware of the latest technology and software developments and how this can assist you

**Requirements**:

- Experience in using the Adobe Creative Suite Software
- A good understanding of print production
- Strong communication skills
- Champian the agency point of view and Proximity's design execution
