We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Patrol Person to join the dedicated, and supportive crew where you will get to grow your skill set with a variety of work whilst also having a good time with the team. This role is based out of Mokau.

As Our Patrol Person, You Will Undertake Small Road Maintenance and urgent repair work across the district to ensure the safety of the public. Day To day This will consist of
- Callouts - Emergency Response
- Pothole repairs
- Sign maintenance and repairs
- Clearing of vegetation and litter collectionClearing obstructions from carriageway, footpaths, and drainage systems

It Is essential That You Hold a Current Class 2 Drivers License in addition to:

- A can-do attitude responding appropriately to urgent and hazardous jobs
- Able to work efficiently while unsupervised
- show good initiative and confidence in decision making and problem solving
- Available to respond to after hours call outs when rostered
- Confident communicating with the public and managementShow commitment to a Zero Harm environment
