The Learning Designer Programmes and Content Writer, will be part of a team with expertise in programme submission and various aspects of learning resource production. They will need to use proven and effective instructional design theories, practices, and methods.

Key responsibilities
- Planning and managing workflows for the development of learning programmes.
- Designing and developing materials that support the key roles in the assessment team.
- Supporting the implementation of programmes.
- Maintaining effective working relationships and providing leadership and direction.

- Ability to develop quality, fit for purpose learning and assessment programmes that meet learner needs.
- Ability to complete qualification programme submissions to compliance bodies and follow up as required.
- Excellent technical writing and editing skills.
- Effective research, reporting, and communication skills.
