Take a system-wide view, collaborate across IR to identify development opportunities, and build capability both within the team and organisationally.
- Work with the others to develop and implement enduring and scalable data & analytics solutions
- Assist and contribute to the professional development of our people when required, to build their capability and deliver better business outcomes.
- Remain up to date with emerging technology, trends, and concepts to ensure adopting best practice.
- Use customer insights and knowledge of current trends and practices to develop services and deliver the right business and customer solutions.

**Mōu | About you**
- Senior practitioner-level data and analytical experience within a customer insight/intelligence context
- Senior level data engineering & modelling, manipulation and analysis skills, able to generate outside-in customer data and reporting
- Practical experience building and maintaining effective data assets using standard design methodologies. Ability to build scalable, enduring analytical solutions
- SQL/ SAS(Viya)/ R Studio; your background will show demonstrable experience with manipulating large complex data sets
- Design and deployment of data visualisations, communicating insights effectively
- Strong customer and stakeholder management experience
- Experience in using informal leadership to work within networked teams to deliver work commitments
- Proven ability to deliver work with solid evidence of project management capability
- Able to coach and mentor peers
- Relevant tertiary qualification(s) preferred
