you'll do with your time
- Working seamlessly within an

Interdisciplinary Team including District Nurses & Allied Health
Professionals
- Lead, develop & up skill
other members in your teamIn
this community focused role you will be working with our clients in their homes
to support them with any health needs that will enable them to have the choice
to stay in their own home. You will have the opportunity to lead, influence and
upskill this team alongside the other community nurse to work at the highest level.
This
would be an excellent role for a level-headed nurse who has a passion for
community focused nursing and who is wanting to make a step into a role where
not only will you make a real difference in the community in Westport but be
able to lead and up skill a wider team.
This
is a casual role with the possibility of becoming fixed term or permanent.

looking for someone with the following
- Excellent clinical

decision-making skills
- High levels of computer
& digital literacy
- Able to think on your feet
