**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
As a trusted Team Experience Partner and lead across our Zone 1 retail stores enviornment (Pokeno to the top of the North Island), you will be responsible for enabling our leadership teams to deliver best in class team experiences, leverage group wide people initiatives, and drive sustainable change outcomes. You will be partnering effectively with Stor leaders and People Partners to drive strategic people priorities and to foster continuous improvement initiatives throughout teams.

Key responsibilities
- Contrubute to coaching and building capability of leaders within the business unit
- Provide effective HR Operational support to client groups across areas such as organisational design, employment relations, performance management, succession/workforce planning & remuneration planning
- Facilitating relevant learning & development content to help build leadership capability as required
- Developing credibility with leaders to allow for coaching and delivering feedback
- Engaging in effective stakeholder management to deliver outcomes for the business unit aligned to people strategy

**About You | Mōu
Joining our team you’ll bring relevant industry experience ideally within a blue collar industry. You will have experience working across a diverse employee demographic and having some experience working for a unionised organisation would be an advantage.

As an experienced partner and people practitioner, you will have HR legislation knowledge and ability to build strong relationships and a can do attitude.

This can be challenging yet rewarding work, so we need someone that is resilient and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to ensure we are able to always put our people first.
