An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Nurse or experienced Allied Health professional (Social Worker & Occupational Therapist) to join our Adult Community Mental Health & Addictions Service. **About the role**
- Up to 40 hours per week, working business hours (Mon - Fri 8am to 4:30pm)
- Provide specialist intervention for people to optimise recovery and quality of life as well as case coordination.
- Competent in all facets of assessment, holistic care and multi-disciplinary team work and have demonstrated ability to work with all ethnicities, particularly Māori/Iwi.
- To provide community mental health care based on current best practice and collaborative working within the interdisciplinary team.
- Ensure all inter-disciplinary referrals within the team will be performed with consent from whaiora and their whānau (where applicable).
- Work collaboratively with complementary internal and external partner organisations.
**About you**
- Registered Clinician with experience in a community mental health environment.
- Sound assessment and psychosocial intervention skills
- Annual Practising Certificate & Registered with the appropriate regulatory body
**Salary range**
As per relevant SECA (Single Employment Collective Agreement), based on qualifications and prior experience
