A vibrant busy family with four boys are looking for a full-time temp nanny to support their busy lifestyle during calving season. This is an awesome opportunity for someone who is highly organised, active and reliable.

As the family’s nanny, you will be responsible for both childcare and light household duties, ensuring that everything runs smoothly while keeping the children engaged and happy. Accomodation is provided on the farm and you will have a little 2 bedroom cottage to reside in for the duration of the temp role.

Children aged: 6, 4, 2 and 1 month old. The parents usually take one child to work during the day so some days the nanny would only have 2 or 3.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Childcare**: Sole charge care of the boys, ability to provide fun, age-appropriate activities for the children, including homework help, outdoor play, arts and crafts, and fostering independent learning.
- **School pick up**: Pick up eldest children from school, vehicle provided.
- **Household duties**: Light housekeeping duties, including tidying up common areas, organising, laundry:

- **Active & Energetic**: Must be able to keep up with a busy family and energetic children.
- **Emotionally Mature**: Capable of managing emotions with a calm and steady presence in a fast-paced home.
- **Organised**: Highly organised, with the ability to create and maintain schedules and a family calendar that ensures everything runs smoothly.
- **Excellent Communicator**: Strong communication skills with both children and adults; able to keep everyone informed and ensure smooth operations.
- **Strong Morals**: Honest, ethical, and with a good sense of integrity.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in childcare and household management, particularly with infants to school-aged children.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. (Vehicle supplied for the Nanny)
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Positive references from previous employers.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude in a busy environment.
