NZ Uniforms is a family owned New Zealand business with 16 retail stores from Auckland to Dunedin. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Sales Consultant for our Rotorua store. We are looking for a retail sales and customer service superstar who can represent our NZ Uniforms and CODE Sport brands in Rotorua. You’ll need energy, a thirst for a challenge, a get it done attitude and a desire to provide our school, club and business customers with an exceptional in-store experience. On any day you could be fitting a student for a new school uniform, working with a business on a new uniform range or with a sports team needing kit for a tournament. No two days are the same. You will work within a small local team with coaching and support from the Store Manager, National Retail Manager as well as the wider NZ Uniforms Retail and HQ teams.

Key job responsibilities: - Achieving retail & wholesale sales budgets and KPI targets
- Delivering exceptional customer service in store
- Stock processing
- Maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation standards

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Retail experience
- Experience with stock
- Intermediate and above computer skills
- Strong visual merchandising skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Great time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively solo and within a small team
- A positive attitude, energy, drive and a passion for customer service
