**Skills and experience**:

- **For New Qualified Technologists**: A diploma or degree in Medical Imaging Technology (MRI) and post graduate qualification in MRI with registration with the relevant professional body. You should have a passion for continuous learning and an eagerness to develop your technical skills.
- **For Experienced Technologists**: Demonstrated experience in MRI imaging, along with advanced technical knowledge and a commitment to patient-centered care. You’ll also be adept at working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and compassion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and colleagues alike.
- A dedication to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.
