We have Full-Time supervisory positions available in the Operations team in Christchurch - Maces Road Depot.

**As a Supervisor you will**:

- Assist in effectively supervising the Urban team (people and bus movements) to ensure best practice operations and delivery of a great service.
- Ensure best practices across health and safety, risk management and process compliance.
- Facilitate on time performance, quality of services and safety, utilising effective timely coaching.
- Be calm under pressure and maintain a professional attitude at all times.

- Positive attitude, intuitive & attention to detail
- Computer literate
- A problem solver with the ability to think on your feet
- Class 2, 4 & Passenger Endorsement
