Auckland City, New Zealand Up Education Full time

**Company Description** Talent Sourcing Specialist (Fixed Term - 6 Months)**
**Location: Any main centre in Australia or New Zealand**
**Full-time | Flexible location | Strategic Talent Role**

UP Education is a leading Australasian dual-sector education group, delivering foundation, vocational and higher education to domestic and international students. At UP Education, we are on a mission: to elevate and empower students to unlock their potential. Known for our agility, and responsiveness to the changing world.

What sets us apart from other tertiary providers? It is, quite simply, our people. Our teams come from a wide range of educational and cultural backgrounds and offer a broad diversity of professional experience. But we all have one thing in common - we are all firm believers in the power of education to transform lives and they all have the drive to make a significant impact in the communities with which they work.

We believe learning should be defined by the exceptional and at UP Education we have an ongoing commitment to the development of our staff.

We’re looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract, who is ideally available immediately. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced environment, driving strategic sourcing for senior and hard-to-fill roles while building the pipelines that will shape our future workforce.

**The Role**

In this role you will:

- Deliver end-to-end sourcing for senior and niche roles.
- Build competitor and market maps to support talent pipelining.
- Support light-touch Employer Branding and EVP initiatives.

**Qualifications** About You**

We’re seeking someone who brings energy, insight and experience in senior-level recruitment. You’ll be confident working with senior stakeholders, skilled at managing pipelines, and motivated by delivering high-quality outcomes.

To be successful, you’ll have:

- A proven background in senior recruitment partnering.
- A consultative, proactive and resilient working style.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.

**Additional Information**
This is a role where your impact will be felt quickly. You’ll have the chance to influence how we attract and engage talent, while working flexibly from any of our main centres in Australia or New Zealand.
- Make an immediate impact in a visible talent role.
- Collaborate with a supportive and experienced TA team.
- Contribute to shaping our EVP and Employer Brand.

We’re moving quickly and need someone to step into this role as soon as possible, so if this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

**We are an equal opportunity employer. As part of our commitment to equity, we work to ensure a fair and consistent interview process. We celebrate diversity and we are committed to an inclusive work environment.
